印孚瑟斯技術(shù)目前工資，做測試工程師月薪在6000以上，做開發(fā)工程師的月薪在10000以上，我說的是到手工資。
infosys外包不靠譜，外包是賣人頭賺錢，沒有什么好項目。對應(yīng)屆生新手強烈不建議，工資一口價，沒有上升的空間，外包的項目很拉垮。

1.Infosys是一家印度跨國軟件外包企業(yè)，大連印孚瑟斯是印孚瑟斯中國的一個非常小的分公司，純做人頭外包，沒有自己的項目。
2.公司分兩個外包部門，做開發(fā)的是去ITO部門，就是軟件外包，主要是向客戶輸出人頭，流程就是首先你要通過客戶的技術(shù)面試，通過后，你去客戶現(xiàn)場駐扎辦公，也就是外派。大連本地的項目只有一個：一家美國證券公司，但是項目裁人是經(jīng)常的，客戶讓你出項目，你就得回印孚瑟斯公司干坐著，等待面試下一個項目，否則你沒項目，干坐著超過3個月，老總和人事會一起出動勸退，也就是讓你離職走人，這絕對是印孚瑟斯的特色，為啥呢，因為一旦印孚瑟斯有項目要人的時候，他會繼續(xù)招人哈哈。
3.那既然本地項目就這一個，那招人干嘛？出差，去全國各地客戶現(xiàn)場長期出差，如果你英語好，還有機會去國外的客戶現(xiàn)場出差，當(dāng)然，都是外派。不過出差也是有特色的，例如出差補貼是需要你提供各種發(fā)票申請才會給你錢的，打個比方說出差補貼一個月5000，你要去到處湊發(fā)票，并且是符合印孚瑟斯要求的發(fā)票，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)你是發(fā)票是假的，那么恭喜你，你中獎了，你的出差補貼會被強制取消，也就是說你辛辛苦苦出差倆月，還得你自己墊錢。（在印孚瑟斯出過差的程序猿應(yīng)該都有同樣的經(jīng)歷，每次申請出差補貼好不容易湊夠發(fā)票但是提交申請的時候還是膽戰(zhàn)心驚，等待審批過程那簡直就是煎熬，因為你的發(fā)票一旦有一點問題就會影響你的補貼，不過這期間你打財務(wù)電話基本是沒人接的，發(fā)財務(wù)郵件也是沒人回復(fù)的，唯一能做的就是阿彌陀佛）
4.工資水平在大連中等，比其他外企低，比本地外包公司高一點，聽說有13薪，但是誰拿到過真正13薪
5.應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生剛畢業(yè)重要的是進一個好的項目學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)，但是外派的話，只能呵呵了，除非你自學(xué)能力強，天天下班了自己學(xué)習(xí)，這也是可以的。
6.當(dāng)然既然是外企，也有他一定的特點，例如歐美寬松的工作環(huán)境（不去客戶現(xiàn)場的時候），可以和印度同事學(xué)一口流利的充滿咖喱味的純正印度英語。
工資4000-5000元，福利待遇每年都不相同，年終獎金職位不同會有很大差異，從5000到50萬不等，甚至部分高管上不封頂，且報銷費用不計其數(shù)。估計你也不會是高管，所以，你無需關(guān)注。
我不是很了解浙江正泰。
在infosys，開始幾年薪水不高。估計到了三年，能拿到6K左右。福利也很一般。不過可以鍛煉你的英文，還有可能有出國工作的機會，大部分是去美國。
